Happy Halloween lovelies!!!
I hope everyone is having a fun day. This month was full of excitement. Even though I can be a scaredy cat most of the time, I still enjoy all of the events and festivities that draw us closer to this day. Today I gave each of my loved ones a bin full of goodies inside. I put chocolate candy inside, and for the girls I added nail polish/makeup. I found these cute decorated bins at Target and Walmart for about a dollar each. The candy and little accessories were a little bit pricey but well worth it.
This past weekend our friends Ashley and Jesus hosted a Halloween party. Everyone was dressed up in fun costumes while sipping on signature purple and green potion drinks. My Fiancé, Ricardo and I, were busting our dance moves in the dark/clown themed room. We had a great time!
What's Halloween without pumpkins? Ricardo and I are making it a tradition to get together with friends and carve pumpkins. We went to The Apple Orchid with our friends Alex and Leo to go apple picking, went on a hay ride, choose our pumpkins, and went out for a delicious dinner. Then we met up with my Sister and her husband and used our creativity to carve pumpkins with a glass of wine. You can need be too old to carve pumpkins.
I also took advantage of the beautiful scenery to film an outfit that day, which you will see soon. The apples were delicious! I didn't know there were so many different kinds of apples. What traditions do you have for this holiday? I would love to know.
Much love,
Belinda Selene
